Our technology and approach
ConnectedHealth is a young company which received its initial funding and support from the Get2Volume accelerator (www.g2vaccelerator.com), Singapore National Research Foundation (www.nrf.gov.sg) and various individual investors.
Our core technology is the ConnectedHealth Clinical Data Platform, which contains proprietary clinical pathway-related rules and alert engines. The platform is robust, scalable and ensures the highest level of data security.
ConnectedHealth’s products define structured approaches to support and monitor patients remotely, delivered through proprietary user interfaces.
We go to market in collaboration with business partners and doctors who share our mission of improving care and clinical outcomes.
